With over 25 years of experience in information management and strategy, including 10 years in IT leadership and 10 years in technology consulting, Mr. Bellew will lead Federal's information technology team, company-wide, and will oversee the Trust's IT strategy, services and operations from the corporate office in Rockville. Mr. Bellew will report to James Taylor, Federal's Executive Vice President and CFO.

Mr. Bellew holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia
