ROCKVILLE, Md., May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.575 per share on its common shares, resulting in an indicated annual rate of $2.30 per share. The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2007, to common shareholders of record as of June 22, 2007.
