Biography

John Hendrickson is Vice President - Strategic Transactions for Federal Realty Investment Trust. In this capacity, Mr. Hendrickson is responsible for the execution of all property acquisitions, dispositions, and property-secured debt for both the Trust’s own portfolio and its joint venture with Clarion Lion Properties Fund. Mr. Hendrickson also serves as asset manager of properties that the Trust owns in the joint venture.

Prior to joining Federal Realty in 1998, Mr. Hendrickson was Area Manager for Acquisitions and Development for Grosvenor International, a privately held international real estate development firm located in Washington, D.C. While at Grosvenor, Mr. Hendrickson directed the company’s eastern U.S. acquisition and disposition program.

Mr. Hendrickson has a bachelor’s in business administration from The George Washington University.
