Biography

Wendy Seher is Vice President - Leasing for Federal Realty Investment Trust. In this capacity, Ms. Seher is responsible for leasing anchor space throughout the Trust’s portfolio, as well as for overseeing leasing of small shop space at a number of the Trust’s properties. Ms. Seher joined Federal Realty in 2002 and has more than 18 years of experience within the retail real estate industry.

Prior to joining Federal Realty, Ms. Seher was a principal with the J. Donegan Company, a Northern Virginia-based private real estate development company, where she managed new development leasing, third-party leasing, and tenant representation. Previously, Ms. Seher worked for Peterson Company and Fried Companies in a variety of leasing capacities.

Ms. Seher earned a bachelor’s in business administration from University of Maryland, College Park. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
